When is Okta Workforce Identity the right platform?
When employees, contractors, and admins need one place to authenticate, one place to join and leave, and policies you can explain to an auditor. Workforce Identity is a poor fit if your only problem is customer login inside a SaaS product - in such a case, look into CIAM and Auth0.
Do you implement SSO and MFA, or only advise?
We implement. Discovery is short and opinionated. Then we configure SSO, MFA (including phishing-resistant authenticators where the risk justifies it), directory integration, and lifecycle.
Can you work with an Okta tenant we already have?
Yes. Plenty of organizations already bought Okta and then stalled: apps still on passwords, MFA optional, no joiner-mover-leaver, no owner. We inventory what is live, turn off the dangerous defaults, and put a sequence on the rest. We do not need to have built the original tenant.
